Victorian Pharmacy Brokers are not licensed valuers and therefore does not offer a valuation service, we are considered as experts in the brokering of retail pharmacies and are able to offer our opinion of the price range that we believe that pharmacy will sell for based on our experience and recent comparable sales that we have been involved in.
Information required to conduct our assessment includes current financial statement, monthly trading details, lease details, staff details including usual gross wages and usual weekly roster as well as other specific information relevant to the particular pharmacy. We will also arrange a suitable time to discuss and inspect the particular pharmacy.
For Pharmacist’s that require our opinion but are not considering selling, we offer an assessment service on a consultant basis charged on an hourly basis.
